In Business...

Resolutions will work with you to improve the general effectiveness of your business or to improve its ability to cope during periods of change such as restructuring or redundancy.

This includes a wide range of activities from conflict resolution to developing stress management strategies.

Combining psychology and NLP, Resolutions aims to develop a strong culture and working ethos within an organisation by:

  • improving relationships between management and employees

  • developing strong interpersonal relationships within and between teams

The skill sets of individuals are developed resulting in:

  • enhanced leadership and management skills

  • effective negotiation and communication techniques

  • assertive, confident personnel

  • resolution of conflict

Tried and tested methodologies include:

  • using specialist skills to design and analyse surveys on stress, morale, attitudes and values, to provide sound information on which strategic decisions can be based

  • identifying training needs, and developing and evaluating training programmes - particularly in how to get the best out of yourself and others

  • utilising psychometric tests and interviewing techniques to provide a person with a deeper understanding of his or her strengths, areas for development and special interests

  • coaching sessions for individuals and groups

In addition, through individual sessions or workshops, management issues can also be addressed - such as coping with unemployment, redeployment, planning for promotion, redundancy, retirement, job seeking and interview techniques.

Career Transition programmes are available to businesses having to release staff due to redundancy.  Professional career management support is given to your people to give them a head start in moving their careers to another stage and to win another position quickly.
