Terms and Conditions

The content of sessions remains strictly confidential between us, providing it resides within the bounds of the law.

Resolution’s working practices adhere to the codes of ethics and professional conduct as outlined by the British Psychological Society.

Clients are not required to pre-pay or sign up for a set number of sessions in advance as the frequency and total length of time we work together can vary enormously, depending on the complexity of the issues involved and your individual needs.

Charges will depend upon the type and frequency of coaching you require.

Telephone and email coaching is charged, and must be paid for in advance. Face-to-face sessions are payable at the time of the session. Any missed sessions will be charged for in full, unless at least 24 hours notice is given.

Payments can be made via personal cheque or cash.

A different appointment arrangement and fee structure is in place for corporate work, and corporate fees are payable in accordance with the contract.
