The 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire Fifth Edition (16PF5®) assesses an individual's personality against 16 factors to provide a valid and accurate predictor of current and future behaviour:

Warmth
your desire to develop close relationships with others

Vigilance

the extent to which you are cautious of the motives of others
Reasoning
the extent to which you can solve numerical and verbal problems

Abstractedness

how much attention you give to abstract rather than concrete observations

Emotional Stability

how calmly you respond to life's demands

Privateness

how much you like to keep personal information to yourself

Dominance

your tendency to assert influence and/or control others

Apprehension

how prone you are to self-criticism

Liveliness

how freely and spontaneously you express

yourself

Openness to Change

the extent to which you enjoy new situations and experiences

Rule-Consciousness

how much value you place on externally imposed rules

Self-Reliance

how much you enjoy your own company and trust your own judgment

Social Boldness

how comfortable you feel in social situations

Perfectionism

whether you need to rely on structure rather than leaving things to chance

Sensitivity

the extent to which emotions and sentiments influence your outlook and judgment

how easily situations can cause you frustration
